Teachable
One of the principles of leadership that I keep coming back to as a fledgling leader, is that we have to stay teachable. I love reading about different ways to lead (specifically in a church setting). These “strategies”, if you will, help form my leadership skill set. I read a post by Pastor Steven that talked about us not being an original, but a make up of many different styles fused together to make an “interesting hybrid”, i.e. YOU.
I want to be teachable and I pray my “fusion” ultimately makes up a mighty man of God!
